First of all one needs to understand the terms “Mold” and the “Mildew?” Mold is a fluffy development on moist organic substance by various fungi types where as, Mildew is the mold that usually grows on fabrics. Molds make a replica through spreading miniature spores. The spores of Mold float through the air of indoor as well as outdoor constantly. You must use disinfectant or grease cutting solution of a detergent on the walls. Wash the walls with clean water after you apply the solution. But, before doing so remove all the objects that are present in that area. Use the disinfectants that are registered with EPA registration number. Chlorine bleach is one such solution, however at times you can also use bathroom cleaners.
Just keep in mind that you need to wear rubber gloves and keep your nose covered while cleaning. You must then use large fans to dry the area and leave the windows open. Wash thoroughly and let it dry completely. Keep the solution away from your eyes and never mix ammonia with any such disinfectant. Sunlight drying also plays a significant role in the mold and mildew control.
